Purposes of personal data processing I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes: registration with the SCCORE service; creating and maintaining an account; authentication and access to the account area; providing free and paid service features; managing the user’s plan, access period, limits, queues and permissions; processing and verifying payments and providing paid access; issuing and delivering receipts; handling support requests; restoring account access; ensuring service security; preventing abuse, attacks, circumvention of limits, automation and other improper conduct; diagnosing errors and technically supporting service operation; complying with the laws of the Russian Federation. SCCORE’s internal operational and product-funnel analytics exclude field contents, usernames, passwords, query parameters, share tokens and complete build compositions. This registration consent does not automatically include Yandex Metrica or Webvisor: users make a separate choice in the analytics settings dialog, and refusal does not restrict SCCORE features. 2. Categories of personal data I consent to the processing of the following personal data: username; display name, whether identical to the username or specified separately; internal SCCORE user identifier; password as a hash, without storing the password in plain text; user role; information about the plan, access period, subscription or access status; information about activation codes, referral links and special access terms used; information about account suspension, if applicable; account creation date; last sign-in date; IP address; user-agent; cookies; session ID; request URLs; request dates and times; information about use of service features; information about limits, queues and protective mechanisms being triggered; technical security logs; payment information: amount, currency, payment status, payment identifier, selected plan, payment date and time, and access expiry date; email or other contact details, if I provide them to receive a receipt, communicate about payment or support, or restore access; the contents of support requests, including files, screenshots and other materials I attach. 3. EXBO / STALZONE data If I voluntarily link my EXBO/STALZONE account to SCCORE, I consent to the processing of data available through the official EXBO/STALZONE API within the permissions I grant, including: EXBO account identifier; in-game nicknames; character identifiers; region, server, faction, clan and other game information, if available through the API; OAuth token and other technical authentication data needed for SCCORE features. I understand that SCCORE does not receive, request or store the password to my EXBO/STALZONE account. 4. Personal data processing operations I consent to the following operations involving my personal data: collection; recording; organization; accumulation; storage; clarification; updating; modification; retrieval; use; transfer in the cases provided for in this consent, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the laws of the Russian Federation; anonymization; blocking; deletion; destruction. Processing may be performed using automated means or without them. 5. Disclosure to third parties I understand and agree that my personal data may be disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary for SCCORE operation, performance of the agreement, payment processing, security, support and compliance with legal requirements. Such parties may include: hosting providers and data centers, including Timeweb; payment services, including YooKassa; email services used to receive and process requests; infrastructure protection services, including Cloudflare, if connected; persons providing technical, legal or accounting support to the controller; public authorities in the cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation. SCCORE’s external analytics transmit limited analytics information to YANDEX LLC only after separate permission for Yandex Metrica or Webvisor in the SCCORE interface. This registration consent is not consent to advertising profiling and does not govern the separate operation of Yandex Advertising Network. The conditions for processing technical advertising data and the applicable grounds are described in sections 3, 6 and 8 of the Policy. 6. Duration of consent This consent applies from the time it is given until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, the account is deleted, consent is withdrawn, or another ground for terminating processing arises. Certain data may be retained longer where necessary to comply with Russian law, keep payment and tax records, resolve disputes, protect the controller’s rights, secure the service or investigate abuse. A guest profile is deleted after 10 days of inactivity. For a permanent account, a 7-day recovery period follows a confirmed deletion request; private saves are then deleted, the account is anonymized, and published builds remain without author information. Payment and other mandatory records may be retained to the minimum extent required on another lawful basis. 7. Withdrawal of consent I understand that I may withdraw this consent by sending a request to: veonard0@yandex.ru The request must state my SCCORE username, a contact email or another means of reply, and the substance of the request. I understand that withdrawal may make it impossible to continue using the SCCORE account, paid features, the EXBO/STALZONE link, support or other features requiring personal data processing. I also understand that withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal and does not prevent further processing where the controller has another lawful basis. 8. User confirmation By giving this consent, I confirm that: I have read the SCCORE Personal Data Processing Policy published at https://sccore.ru/privacy; I understand the purposes, categories and conditions of processing my personal data; I give consent freely, of my own will and in my own interest; I have the necessary legal capacity or act with the consent of my legal representative where required by law; I understand that full use of SCCORE is impossible without personal data processing.
