Current SCCORE terms of use, Sponsor payments, limits and liability.

SCCORE Public Offer / User Agreement Version date: 27 September 2026 Published at: https://sccore.ru/offer Service website: https://sccore.ru This Public Offer sets out the terms for concluding a contract for services providing access to SCCORE functionality. This Offer is the Provider’s proposal to an indefinite group of persons to conclude a contract on the terms set out herein. The User accepts this Offer by a separate action in the SCCORE interface explicitly marked as acceptance of the Offer, including when creating an account or purchasing paid status. Viewing public pages and selecting analytics settings do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance means the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Offer. If the User disagrees with this Offer, they must stop using SCCORE. 1. Terms and definitions 1.1. Provider: Mikhnenko Egor Mikhailovich, taxpayer identification number 507460962853, an individual applying the special Professional Income Tax regime. 1.2. User: an individual using SCCORE through a permanent or guest profile, including free features, Sponsor status, activation codes, referral links and other service features. 1.3. SCCORE Service / SCCORE / Service: https://sccore.ru, the account area, interfaces, software modules, analytics, API, calculation tools, Support Page, reference materials and other components providing the User with analytics and tools for STALZONE. 1.4. Offer: this document published on the SCCORE website. 1.5. Contract: the agreement between the Provider and the User concluded by accepting this Offer. 1.6. Acceptance: the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer through a separate action in the SCCORE interface explicitly marked as acceptance. 1.7. Viewing public pages, declining external analytics or ordinary use of an already available feature do not themselves replace separate acceptance. A guest profile, registration and Sponsor purchase require the corresponding explicit confirmation in the interface. 1.8. Access status: the conditions for using SCCORE. Core features are free; purchased Sponsor status adds priority in queues for intensive calculations and acknowledges support for the project. 1.9. Sponsor status: project support status purchased for a specified period. It does not unlock separate calculation features, but may provide priority in actual queues for intensive calculations. 1.10. Activation code: a code granting Sponsor status for a specified period or another benefit expressly stated on the website. 1.11. Intensive modules: SCCORE features placing increased load on the Service infrastructure, including but not limited to the build generator, upgrading/overcharge, crafting, hideout, reputation calculations, auction calculations, bulk queries, optimization calculations and other resource-intensive features. 1.12. Support Page: the SCCORE page containing current information on free access, Sponsor status, its price, duration and queue impact: https://sccore.ru/subscribe. 2. SCCORE status and absence of affiliation with EXBO 2.1. SCCORE is an independent analytics service for STALZONE users. 2.2. SCCORE is not an official EXBO service or product and has no legal, organizational or commercial affiliation with EXBO unless expressly stated otherwise on the website. 2.3. All rights to STALZONE, EXBO, names, images, in-game items, game mechanics, trademarks, interface elements, game data and other protected works belong to their respective rights holders. 2.4. References to STALZONE, EXBO, in-game items, the auction, characters, currencies, mechanics and other game elements are used solely to describe SCCORE’s analytics functionality. 2.5. SCCORE does not sell in-game items, currency, accounts, leveling services, advantages or other in-game assets. 2.6. Payment is for access to SCCORE analytics service functionality. 2.7. The User understands that changes to EXBO rules, API, game data availability, mechanics, auction, items, balance, STALZONE updates or other external factors may affect SCCORE, calculation accuracy and individual feature availability. 3. Subject of the Offer 3.1. The Provider grants the User free access to SCCORE’s core features and the option to purchase Sponsor status under this Offer. 3.2. SCCORE is intended for analysis of game data, auctions, items, builds, reputation, crafting, progress, prices, liquidity, calculations and other STALZONE mechanics. 3.3. SCCORE provides analytical, calculation, reference, informational and technical information. 3.4. SCCORE information is not binding financial, investment, legal, professional, gaming or other advice. 3.5. The User makes their own decisions based on SCCORE information, including purchasing, selling, crafting, upgrading, builds, use of game resources and other in-game actions. 3.6. The Provider does not guarantee profit, savings, an in-game advantage, a specific outcome, a successful transaction, a favorable purchase or sale, successful upgrading or crafting, an accurate market forecast, item price growth or any other STALZONE result. 3.7. SCCORE is a digital analytics service provided “as is” and “as available”. 4. Registration, account and access 4.1. Free SCCORE features are available through a guest or permanent account; public reference pages require no profile. Publishing builds, payments and other expressly marked actions require a permanent account. 4.2. Registration uses a login and password. The login may serve as the User’s nickname or display name within the Service. 4.3. The User must provide accurate information to the extent necessary for registration, payment, access, support, receipts and performance of this Offer. 4.4. The User must independently protect their login, password, session and other account access information. 4.5. All actions through the User’s account are deemed to be the User’s actions unless proven otherwise. 4.6. Without the Provider’s written consent, the User may not transfer an account to third parties, sell or rent access, give access to a group, share the account or otherwise transfer access rights. 4.7. The Provider may restrict, suspend or block account access on suspicion of breaching this Offer, circumventing limits, attacking the Service, transferring the account, fraud, payment violations, refund abuse or other bad-faith conduct. 4.8. The Provider may refuse or restrict registration or require additional verification to protect the Service or prevent abuse, attacks, circumvention of restrictions or other violations. 5. User’s legal capacity 5.1. Free SCCORE reference and calculation features are not subject to a general minimum age of 18. 5.2. The User confirms they have the legal capacity required for the action. Where legislation requires a legal representative’s consent, registration, acceptance of the Offer or other legally significant action must be performed with that consent. 5.3. Sponsor payments may be made by a legally capable User or with a legal representative’s consent where required by Russian law. 6. Beta status, development and experimental features 6.1. SCCORE and individual features may be in beta testing, early access, technical testing, experimental launch or active development. 6.2. Beta and experimental features may contain errors, change, be temporarily disabled or removed, acquire new technical restrictions, change their interface or become unavailable. 6.3. The User understands and accepts that SCCORE may develop, change and be refined during operation. 6.4. An error, interface change, calculation formula change, change in data presentation, temporary unavailability of a feature, change in beta features or Service mechanics does not itself breach this Offer or constitute an unconditional refund entitlement. 6.5. The Provider may carry out maintenance, updates, migrations, architectural changes, optimization, bug fixes, testing, module changes and other actions necessary to develop and maintain SCCORE. 7. Free access, Sponsor and changes to terms 7.1. All core SCCORE calculation and information modules are free, subject to technical limits, fair-use rules and security requirements. 7.2. Free access may be granted to a permanent or guest profile without a time limit. 7.3. Sponsor status is paid or activated using a valid activation code. Sponsor does not unlock separate features or change the accuracy or completeness of results. 7.4. The standard Sponsor period is 30 calendar days unless another period is stated on the Support Page, in the payment description, activation code terms or payment interface. Automatic renewal does not apply unless expressly agreed otherwise. 7.5. Sponsor price, duration and other terms are determined by the Support Page information at the time of ordering or activation. 7.6. The Provider may change SCCORE features, their scope, names and terms of use, and Sponsor prices and terms, without shortening an already confirmed Sponsor period. 7.7. A Sponsor price change does not affect a period already paid for unless separately agreed otherwise. 7.8. Premium is no longer sold. Historical Premium purchases are retained, and any unexpired paid period is converted to Sponsor without shortening its duration. 7.9. The Provider may add, remove, change, merge, split or rename Service features and statuses as necessary for development, infrastructure protection and stability. 7.10. Free core features do not imply an unconditional right to unlimited use. Access may be subject to technical limits, queues, fair-use rules and anti-abuse mechanisms. 7.11. The Provider is not required to keep features, interfaces, modules, formulas, data sources or technical implementation unchanged throughout SCCORE’s existence. 7.12. Current Sponsor terms on the Support Page apply to new purchases and new status periods. 8. Limits, queues and intensive modules 8.1. The Provider may establish, change and apply usage limits to ensure stable SCCORE operation. 8.2. Technical limits may apply to free access and Sponsor. Sponsor does not receive different calculation accuracy or hidden parameters. 8.3. Limits may include, but are not limited to: - number of requests; - number of intensive calculations; - number of active tasks; - number of queued tasks; - processing speed; - frequency of access to individual features; - availability of individual modules; - waiting time; - processing priority; - technical restrictions on API, interface or feature usage; - request history limits; - data volume limits; - repeat request limits; - anti-abuse restrictions. 8.4. The User accepts that intensive SCCORE modules may be processed through a queue. 8.5. Unless otherwise stated on the website, the User may have no more than one active intensive request or one intensive request in the queue. 8.6. Sponsor tasks may be selected before ordinary queued tasks where such a queue actually exists. Running tasks are not interrupted, and the ordinary queue is protected against indefinite waiting. 8.7. Sponsor priority does not guarantee immediate processing, absence of queues, errors or technical restrictions, or unconditional priority at every load level. 8.8. The Provider may change technical usage limits to ensure stability, protect infrastructure, prevent abuse and balance load. 8.9. Without written consent, the User may not use automation, clickers, scripts, bots, scrapers, load-testing tools, interface bypasses, multiple accounts or other ways to artificially increase SCCORE load. 8.10. Without prior notice, the Provider may cancel, limit, slow, defer or delete requests that impose excessive load, breach limits, resemble automation, interfere with other users or threaten SCCORE stability. 9. Payment 9.1. Sponsor is paid using methods available on SCCORE, including YooKassa or another payment service specified on the website. 9.2. Payment is in Russian rubles unless another method, currency or procedure is offered by the payment service and stated on the website. 9.3. SCCORE does not automatically renew subscriptions unless expressly stated on the website and separately confirmed by the User. 9.4. The User purchases access or receives an activation code for a specified period. 9.5. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation by the payment service or successful code activation. 9.6. If payment succeeded but access was not granted automatically, the User must contact support at veonard0@yandex.ru. 9.7. Payment inquiries must include the SCCORE login, payment date and time, amount, product shown in payment history and other details needed to locate the payment. 9.8. The Provider does not store Users’ bank card data. Payment details are entered and processed by the payment service. 9.9. The User is responsible for the accuracy of payment information. 9.10. Applicable fees charged by banks, payment systems, payment services, telecom operators and other third parties are not Provider income and are not reimbursed unless mandatory law requires otherwise. 9.11. The Provider may temporarily suspend payments, change payment methods, replace the payment provider or change payment procedures without prior notice. 10. Receipts and tax regime 10.1. The Provider applies the special Professional Income Tax regime. 10.2. Upon payment, the Provider issues a receipt as required by Russian professional income tax legislation. 10.3. A receipt may be delivered electronically by email, link, QR code or another available method. 10.4. The User may provide an email or other contact for receipt delivery where the Service supports this. 10.5. If the User did not provide an email, did not receive a receipt or wishes to obtain receipt information again, they may contact veonard0@yandex.ru. 10.6. Email or other contact data for receipts are processed under the SCCORE personal data processing policy. 10.7. Lack of email access, an incorrect address, refusal to provide receipt contact details or non-delivery for reasons beyond the Provider’s control does not negate service provision or independently entitle the User to a refund. 11. Activation codes and referral links 11.1. SCCORE may allow Users to buy, obtain or use activation codes. 11.2. A new activation code may grant Sponsor for a specified period. Terms of historical codes are retained in their issuance and usage history. 11.3. Code duration, access scope and terms are determined by the website, code description or activation interface. 11.4. The Provider may refuse activation if a code is invalid, expired, already used, obtained in breach of rules or associated with fraud, a technical error, abuse or a breach of this Offer. 11.5. SCCORE may use referral links. Terms of a referral program, if launched, are published on the website. 11.6. A referral link does not guarantee a discount, payment, bonus, extended access or another benefit unless expressly stated on the website. 11.7. Promo codes are not used unless stated otherwise on the website. 11.8. The Provider may change, suspend or end activation codes, referral links, bonuses and special terms where they are misused, lead to abuse or were issued in error. 12. Refunds and cancellation of Sponsor 12.1. Paid SCCORE access is access to a digital analytics service for a specified period. 12.2. Sponsor service begins when payment or Sponsor code activation is confirmed and the status appears in the profile. 12.3. After successful payment and provision of access, no refund is issued except as expressly provided by this Offer, mandatory law or a separate Provider decision. 12.4. The User may request a refund at veonard0@yandex.ru. 12.5. A refund request does not guarantee reimbursement. 12.6. The Provider may refuse a refund if: - the User received and used Sponsor status, including queue priority; - the User activated an access code; - the User breached this Offer; - the User used automation, clickers, scripts, bots or other prohibited methods; - the User attempted to bypass limits, queues or protections; - the User transferred the account to third parties; - the User threatened SCCORE stability or security; - payment was associated with fraud, a dispute, chargeback or other bad-faith conduct; - the inability to use the Service arose for reasons attributable to the User; - the User made a mistake purchasing Sponsor but the status was already granted; - the User changed their mind about using the Service after access was granted. 12.7. Where a refund is required by law, its amount takes account of the service already provided, Provider expenses actually incurred, access already granted, payment fees, tax obligations, technical costs, payment processing costs and other contract performance costs to the extent allowed by law. 12.8. At its discretion, the Provider may approve a full or partial refund, extend Sponsor, issue an activation code or offer another remedy if the circumstances warrant it. 12.9. If a prolonged technical inability to use paid features is attributable to SCCORE, the Provider may offer extended access, a partial or full refund or another reasonable solution. 12.10. Short technical outages, delays, individual feature errors, changed limits, queues, reliance on external data, beta features, maintenance, updates, EXBO/STALZONE API changes, data errors and game market changes do not constitute unconditional refund grounds. 12.11. Where an account is blocked for a serious breach, no refund is made for services already provided, access granted and Provider expenses actually incurred unless mandatory law requires otherwise. 13. Prohibited actions 13.1. The User must not: - attack the SCCORE website, backend, API, database, servers or infrastructure; - use DDoS, unauthorized load testing, vulnerability scanning, brute force, credential stuffing or other attack methods; - bypass limits, queues or protection mechanisms; - use clickers, scripts, bots, scrapers, automated requests or other automation without consent; - create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions; - transfer an account to third parties; - sell, rent or otherwise distribute SCCORE access; - attempt to access others’ accounts or data, administrative features or internal SCCORE systems; - interfere with the Service; - copy, decompile, modify, reproduce or circumvent SCCORE code without consent; - use SCCORE in violation of law, third-party rights or EXBO/STALZONE rules; - insult, threaten, blackmail or otherwise mistreat the Provider, support or other Users; - commit fraud involving payments, refunds, chargebacks, activation codes or referral links; - use the Service to breach STALZONE, EXBO or other third-party rules; - attempt to obtain, disclose or bypass SCCORE secrets, tokens, keys, internal URLs, source code, algorithms, models or other non-public information; - exploit vulnerabilities, errors, bugs or undocumented behavior instead of reporting them; - publish instructions for bypassing limits or exploiting SCCORE vulnerabilities. 13.2. The Provider may also consider conduct a violation if it threatens SCCORE security, stability, reputation, infrastructure, economic model or normal operation. 13.3. This list is not exhaustive. The Provider may assess conduct by its actual effect on the Service, other Users, security, infrastructure and the Provider’s legitimate interests. 14. Blocking and restricting access 14.1. The Provider may temporarily or permanently restrict SCCORE access for a breach of this Offer. 14.2. Restrictions may include: - a warning; - temporary restriction of individual features; - reduced limits; - cancellation of queued tasks; - account blocking; - termination of Sponsor status; - refusal of service; - prohibition on re-registration; - blocked payments; - blocked activation codes; - cancellation of benefits obtained through abuse. 14.3. For a serious breach, the Provider may block an account without refunding services already provided, access granted and expenses actually incurred, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. 14.4. Serious breaches include attacks, circumventing limits, automation, account transfer, attempts to access others’ data, payment fraud, refund abuse, security violations, vulnerability exploitation and other conduct the Provider considers material. 14.5. The User may seek an explanation from support, but the Provider is not required to disclose technical details of anti-abuse systems, internal checks, security algorithms or protections. 14.6. The Provider may temporarily restrict access without notice if delay risks damage, an attack, data leakage, a security breach, infrastructure overload or other adverse consequences. 15. Data, calculation accuracy and external sources 15.1. SCCORE may use official and public sources, including EXBO/STALZONE API, public game databases, internal SCCORE analytics, auction history, user requests and other sources. 15.2. The User understands that data may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, delayed, erroneous or unavailable. 15.3. Auction, price, liquidity, item, game mechanic, crafting, upgrading, reputation, build and other data may differ from the actual in-game situation. 15.4. SCCORE may depend on EXBO API, game servers, hosting, payment services, network infrastructure and other external factors. 15.5. The Provider is not responsible for the User’s decisions based on SCCORE data. 15.6. The Provider is not responsible for in-game losses, lost profits, lost game currency, items or time, failed transactions or upgrades, unprofitable crafting, market or mechanic changes, game account blocking or other consequences of the User’s actions in STALZONE. 15.7. The User independently checks data, assesses risks and makes decisions. 15.8. Forecasts, percentiles, medians, calculated values, probabilities, recommendations, tips, rankings, ratings, liquidity indicators and other SCCORE analytics are estimates and reference information. 15.9. The Provider does not guarantee that SCCORE data matches a particular time, server, region, game state or User expectation. 16. EXBO / STALZONE OAuth and game data 16.1. SCCORE may support linking an EXBO/STALZONE account through OAuth or another official authentication mechanism. 16.2. Linking is voluntary unless required for a specific feature. 16.3. SCCORE does not request or store the User’s EXBO/STALZONE password. 16.4. Linking may provide SCCORE with an access token, account ID, game nicknames, character data and other API information within the User’s permissions. 16.5. The User may unlink the account where supported by SCCORE or EXBO. 16.6. The User understands that changes to EXBO rules, API, limits, data availability or game mechanics may affect SCCORE features. 16.7. The User must not use SCCORE to violate EXBO, STALZONE, license agreements, game rules or third-party rights. 16.8. The Provider may restrict or disable EXBO/STALZONE features to comply with API rules, rights holders’ requirements, security, Service stability or third-party rights. 17. Support 17.1. Official SCCORE support: veonard0@yandex.ru. 17.2. Inquiries are reviewed within a reasonable period. 17.3. The Provider does not guarantee round-the-clock support, instant responses, replies on weekends or holidays, or a favorable outcome for every inquiry. 17.4. Telegram, VK, Discord and other SCCORE communities linked on the website may be used for communication, news or discussion but are not official channels for legally significant communications unless expressly stated otherwise. 17.5. The Provider may decline to answer threats, insults, spam, abuse, meaningless messages, demands unrelated to SCCORE or inquiries submitted in breach of this Offer. 18. Personal data 18.1. Users’ personal data are processed under the SCCORE personal data processing policy. 18.2. The current policy is published at: https://sccore.ru/privacy. 18.3. Acknowledgment of the policy and consent to processing are recorded as separate interface actions when creating a guest or permanent account. Merely opening a public page does not constitute consent. 18.4. Yandex Metrica and Webvisor operate under one separate, server-confirmed consent. Text: https://sccore.ru/analytics-data-consent. Browsing and accepting the Offer do not replace this choice. Withdrawal is available in the footer and profile. Refusal does not restrict SCCORE features. 18.4.1. The Yandex Advertising Network is disabled by a configuration flag by default; advertising code, blocks and requests do not run. If enabled later, ads may be shown following separate advertising consent on public pages to users without a paid plan, on wide desktop screens and outside work areas. Terms: https://sccore.ru/advertising-data-consent. Acceptance of the Offer does not replace this consent. 18.4.2. Advertising supports free SCCORE operation, including servers, game data storage and service maintenance. Loading an ad block contacts the ad network’s servers; technical information and possible advertising cookies are described in policy sections 3 and 8. SCCORE does not include account, payment or precise geolocation data in ad request parameters. This does not mean Yandex advertising technology cannot collect data independently. 18.4.3. While the ad network is disabled, advertising choices are not requested in the main interface. Once enabled, separate allow and withdraw buttons are available on the advertising consent page. Analytics consent does not authorize advertising. These settings do not constitute acceptance of the Offer or restrict statutory rights. 18.5. The User must not provide third parties’ personal data without a lawful basis. 19. Intellectual property 19.1. Exclusive rights to SCCORE code, interfaces, texts, design, database structure, internal algorithms, calculation models, analytics, data collections, documentation and other intellectual works created by the Provider belong to the Provider unless stated otherwise. 19.2. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SCCORE within available website functionality. 19.3. The User receives no right to copy, distribute, resell, modify, decompile, reproduce, publish or commercially use SCCORE outside normal user scenarios. 19.4. Rights to STALZONE, EXBO, game images, names, items, trademarks and other third-party works belong to their respective rights holders. 19.5. The Provider may use feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports and recommendations to improve SCCORE without compensation unless the parties separately agree otherwise. 20. Liability and limitation of liability 20.1. SCCORE is provided “as is” and “as available”. 20.2. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, absolute data accuracy, permanent feature availability, compatibility with expectations or a particular result. 20.3. The Provider is not responsible for: - the User’s acts or omissions; - the User’s in-game decisions; - loss of game currency, items, time, opportunities or in-game benefits; - EXBO actions, changes to STALZONE, API, rules or mechanics; - external service unavailability; - hosting, network, payment service or other third-party failures; - inability to use SCCORE for reasons beyond the Provider’s control; - consequences of breaching this Offer; - errors caused by incorrect external data; - actions of banks, payment systems, YooKassa or other payment intermediaries; - the User losing access to email, account, password, device or authentication tools; - malware on the User’s side; - technical restrictions of the User’s device, browser, internet connection or operating system. 20.4. In all cases, liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid for the last paid access period unless mandatory law expressly provides otherwise. 20.5. The Provider is not responsible for lost profits, indirect loss, reputational harm, game losses, emotional distress, expectations, lost time or other consequences not constituting direct documented damage. 20.6. The Provider is not responsible for inability to use SCCORE caused by a breach of this Offer, blocked accounts, User errors, third-party actions, external service restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 20.7. Nothing in this Offer limits liability where such limitation is expressly prohibited by mandatory Russian law. 21. Circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control 21.1. The Provider is exempt from liability for full or partial failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 21.2. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: - hosting, data center or network infrastructure failures; - DDoS attacks, malicious third-party actions or mass automated requests; - payment service, bank, YooKassa or other intermediary failures; - EXBO/STALZONE API changes or unavailability; - STALZONE updates or changes to mechanics, items, auction or rules; - blocking, restrictions, government actions or legislative changes; - accidents or power, communications or internet outages; - force majeure; - other circumstances the Provider could not reasonably prevent. 21.3. In such circumstances, the Provider may temporarily restrict, change, suspend or discontinue individual SCCORE features. 22. Changes to the Service and Offer 22.1. The Provider may change SCCORE, its interface, features, statuses, limits, usage rules, queues, modules, beta features and other elements. 22.2. The Provider may amend this Offer. 22.3. This Offer takes effect upon publication on SCCORE and remains valid until withdrawn or replaced by a new version. 22.4. A new version takes effect upon publication at https://sccore.ru/offer, unless another effective date is specified. 22.5. The User must independently review the current Offer. 22.6. Continued browsing of public pages or selection of analytics settings following an amendment does not constitute separate confirmation of the new version. Where explicit acceptance is required, it is given through the corresponding SCCORE interface action. 22.7. If the User disagrees with a new version, they must stop using SCCORE. 22.8. The Provider may withdraw the Offer, stop accepting new payments or registrations, or close the Service wholly or partly. 23. Termination of access 23.1. The User may stop using SCCORE at any time. 23.2. Expiry of Sponsor ends the status and queue priority but does not end free access to core SCCORE features. 23.3. The Provider may terminate or restrict access in the cases provided by this Offer. 23.4. Termination does not release the User from obligations incurred before termination. 23.5. Discontinuing an individual feature, module, beta feature, integration or data source does not automatically terminate the entire Contract if the User can still use available parts of the Service. 24. Third-party websites and services 24.1. Links to third-party websites, services, communities or materials are provided solely for convenience or information. 24.2. The Provider does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, rules, data policies, security or actions. 24.3. Following external links is voluntary and at the User’s risk. 24.4. Third-party services may have separate terms. 25. Final provisions and dispute resolution 25.1. This Offer and its conclusion, performance, amendment and termination are governed by Russian law. 25.2. Matters not or not fully covered by this Offer are resolved under Russian law. 25.3. The parties establish mandatory pretrial dispute resolution. Before going to court, the User must send a claim to veonard0@yandex.ru. 25.4. Claims must include the SCCORE login, contact email, demand, circumstances and supporting documents or information, if any. 25.5. The Provider reviews claims within statutory periods or, if no specific period applies, a reasonable period. 25.6. Disputes not settled out of court are heard by a court in accordance with Russian law. 25.7. The parties designate Russian as the language of this Offer, the resulting Contract, claims, inquiries, responses, notices and other communications between the Provider and the User. 25.8. Documents submitted by the User must be in Russian. Foreign-language documents must include a Russian translation where needed to consider the inquiry. 25.9. Failure to act on a breach does not waive the Provider’s right to protect its rights and legitimate interests later. 25.10. Invalidity or unenforceability of one provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. 25.11. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. 26.
